WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once received, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once an order is placed, the shipping method is not able to be changed.

CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

If your shipping address is incorrect, please email our team at orders@passionresources.com with your order number and correct mailing address. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is sent.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We accept international orders and typically ship them with our domestic orders. Shipping delays may occur due to the extended shipping distance and customs approval.

IF I CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER GO OUT THE SAME DAY I PLACE THE ORDER?

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, amazon payments, and Apple Pay. Check payments are not accepted.

CAN I MAKE A PHONE, MAIL, OR FAX ORDER?

All orders must be placed online. Our team is happy to help you with any questions you may have. For questions regarding your order, please get in touch with us by clicking here.

CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO AN ORDER I ALREADY SUBMITTED?

Items are unable to be added to orders once the order is placed. You will need to place a new order for the additional items. 

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY ONLINE ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?

I DON'T SEE THE ITEM I WANT LISTED ON YOUR STORE. CAN IT BE REQUESTED? (EXAMPLE: T-SHIRT, MESSAGE FROM A PREVIOUS PASSION EVENT, ETC...)?

All available products are listed on the Passion Resources website. If we do not have the item you are looking for, then we do not have it for sale.

IF A SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL MORE BECOME AVAILABLE? 

New apparel is released every year. Passion Resources has a limited quantity for all apparel and merchandise, and sizes that are no longer available will not be restocked.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

Resources available for pre-order are available to be ordered prior to becoming available on the store. Pre-order ensures that you will receive the new release, especially with limited stock. Pre-orders are typically available eight weeks prior to the official release.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If the order you received is incorrect, please contact us at support@passionresources.com with your order number and what needs to be changed, so that we may correct this error as soon as possible.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

Yes. As long as your items were purchased from passionresources.com and are in the original condition, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for all returns and exchanges. Be sure to include details about the reasons for your return or exchange in the message body through the form. 

After you submit the message through the form, you will receive a response within 2 business days about your return or exchange.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a return is received and evaluated by our team, the refund for the item will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days to see the refund processed back to your bank account.

IS SHIPPING REFUNDED WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Shipping is not refunded once a return is processed.

CAN I RETURN MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

Downloadable items cannot be refunded; however, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link provided does not work) please let us know and we will supply a working link as soon possible.
